The space Enjoy a fully renovated house with a finished basement that has been converted to suit guests looking for a place to stay while traveling for work. The house is shared with the owner and her two Miniature Australian Shepherd. There is a fully fenced in private backyard with parking in the back off of the alley as well. The walkout basement, where you will enter, has its own private code where you can come and go and you please. The main floor will be shared with the owner where the first bathroom, main living room, kitchen and dinning room are located. Up on the second floor is where the shower is located. Both bathrooms and common living area on the main floor will be shared by both you and the owner. The house is located on a very quiet, family friendly street with a middle school up the road. There is a private entrance for the basement where the door has a lock and code. You will also have access to everything on the main floor including access to all of the kitchenware and dinning utensils as well as access to the washer and dryer. Up on the second floor you will have access to the bathroom, which is where the shower is located on. For parking you can either park on the street at the front of the house or park in the off street parking located off of the alley in the back. Other things to note There will be two friendly dogs living in the house, they are Miniature Australian Shepherds. They do shed! No other pets are allowed.
