Perfect for spending sunny days on the same block as the Lawrenceville/Hopewell bike trails or check out the local parks and coffee shops in town. The space 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 parking spaces, kitchen, large living room, fenced in backyard, front porch with sitting area and laundry room in small basement. This house is 1/2 of a duplex and there are steps so must be comfortable walking up stairs. Guest access Guests have full access to entire house. I will not be on the premises. Other things to note This is half of a duplex. There are 3 levels to this house and steps so guests must be comfortable with steps. They can be steep and narrow going up to 3rd floor and down to laundry room but completely safe. 1st bedroom has a queen temper-pedic adjustable bed with a massager that is simply remarkable and private attached bathroom with shower/bathtub. There is a quirky lighting to the house- at times the 1st floor light living room fan light, backdoor motion detector light and 3rd floor fan light blink on and off very quickly on random occasions. You might prefer to use another light source in the room if this is bothersome.
