The Hidden Oasis is a fully furnished, independent guest suite located in a residential BASEMENT. Our guests have access to the entire suite as they experience comfort in luxury and PRIVATE space. The space ‼️PLEASE READ EVERYTHING ON THE LISTING AND ASK MORE INFORMATION BEFORE YOU BOOK‼️ This is a full basement of a residential home with a private entrance. You will have access to the entire space with: 1. Kitchen /Bar Space 2. Lounge (🛋️ 1 Sleeper Sofa - Twin size) 3. Large Bedroom ( 🛏️ 1 Bed - King size) 4. Full bathroom ⚠️DISCLAIMER : We have wooden floors upstairs in our home. Our guest suite is located in basement. You will hear footsteps and noises upstairs here and there during your stay. ⚠️ Direct booking only. No third party booking, individual booking the guest suite should be present. That includes booking for a spouse, family or friend. Also we do not share booking information off the Airbnb app for security purposes. ⚠️ NOT A HOTEL Please be mindful that this is a private residence. While we may not offer the same amenities as a typical hotel, we strive to provide our own version of hospitality. We kindly ask that you treat the suite with care and respect, as it will, in turn, take care of you. If you are not able to extend that same respect to others’ spaces, this may not be the right place for you. Though we provide a self-check-in system, we are entrusting you with our home. We value open communication, straightforwardness, and mutual respect. If you need anything prior, during & after your stay, please don’t hesitate to reach out, and we’ll be happy to assist. Guest access The guests have access to the entire basement, EXCEPT: the laundry room, electrical room and utility closet, which will all be locked by owner. Other things to note 📍LOCATION: We’re based in Randolph, a quiet suburb just south of Boston. For reference, we’re near Showcase Cinema in Randolph, MA. Given our location near the highway, we recommend driving or taking an Uber/Lyft for easy access. 🚘 DRIVING : •20-30 minutes drive approximately to Downtown Boston. •20-25 mins drive approximately to Logan Int Airport. •20-25 mins drive approximately to Foxborough, MA. •40-50 mins drive approximately to Providence, RI. •1 hour drive approximately to Cape Cod. 🚊 PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION: Public transportation from our guest suite is a drive from the train stations. You will have to catch an Uber/lift, cab, or bus to the train stations, however, that may take some time. •15-minute WALK approximately to Downtown Randolph (North Main Street) bus stations. •15-minute drive approximately nearest train (T) station in Braintree (Redline). •8 mins drive approximately Commuter Rail Stoughton. •7 mins drive approximately Commuter Rail Holbrook/Randolph. 🚹 NOTES ABOUT THE SPACE: -No parties allowed ‼️ -Not more than 3 guests overnight ‼️ -Private space, not shared or accessible to other people apart from the guest at the time. -No smoking of any kind allowed in the space ‼️. This includes the use of cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, cannabis, pipes, hookahs, and vaporizers. Failure to comply with this will result in a fine of $250.00, which will go towards deep steaming/cleaning our suite. -No PETS of any kind. ⏰ CHECK-IN TIME: 3 PM-9 PM This is a self check-in guest suite. 📌MANDATORY: Please let us know approximately what time you will be checking in so that we can be in the area in case you have issues with check-in. 📌Early check-in should be requested a day prior arrival. 📌We do not have storage for early drop off for luggage/s at the moment. 🚶🏽‍♀️ACCESSIBILITY: The guest suite has a private entrance in the back of our residential home. The entrance has a staircase with 6 treads and 2 rails for support (as seen in the picture) leading down to the suite. The suite is on one floor. The many sets of stars pictured next to the lounge lead to the first floor which is not accessible to guests. 🚘 PARKING: -On and off-the-street parking available. -1 off-street parking spot available (in the driveway). 🎥 SECURITY & SAFETY: -Outdoor cameras only. -This is a residential quiet neighborhood. 🛜WiFi -Free fast WiFi available. 📺 LOUNGE: -Sleeper sofa available in lounge (twin size), blanket and sheets provided per request. -Samsung smart TV; access to Netflix, local & international channels, YouTube etc. 🫖KITCHEN: ⚠️ Please note that cooking is not allowed in the basement due to fire safety regulations set by Massachusetts law. -Toaster, microwave, and kettle provided. -Teabags, sugar, and instant coffee provided. -No stove available (no open fires allowed) -No coffee maker available YET. 🛌 BEDROOM: -One (1) bedroom available. -King-size bed. -Iron & iron board provided. -Extra blanket provided -No crib or bassinet available YET. 🚿 BATHROOM: -Body soap, shampoo & conditioner available. -Hair dryer available. -Bluetooth speaker available to connect. -Showers overuse of bathtub encouraged. -Clean towels are provided at the beginning of the stay only. -Sensitive plumbing, do not flash any item other than toilet paper. 🧹 CLEANING: -Washer & Dryer NOT available to guest. -The guest suite is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected at the beginning of every stay. -We DO NOT offer daily cleaning during your stay. Unless requested by the guest at a charge. -A fresh set of bedroom linen and towels are provided at the beginning of the stay ONLY. -To help with our sustainability goals we encourage guests to recycle.
