The sun filled backyard and deck are perfect for outdoor meals, BBQing, relaxation and family fun. The space Lots of Natural light! The main floor consists of a galley style kitchen, open to the dining room and living room. Down the hall, a newly renovated full bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms. One king bedroom and another with a full bed and twin trundle pull-out. Upstairs, there is another brand new full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. On either side are two large bedrooms. One has a queen bed and full size crib. The other has two queen beds. A pack n play is also available. Home comes with extra sheets, towels, blankets and all of the kitchen and outdoor dining items you will need. Walk outside to a beautiful, newly renovated deck with a long table that seats 12, an outdoor living area and 2 chaise lounges to soak up the sunshine. There is plenty of lawn space and a brand new, large outdoor shower. You will also find a new Weber Grill on the back patio. Other things to note In July and August , our preference is for 5 day+ rentals, but will consider shorter term rentals.
