Guests have access to kitchen, living room and dining areas- and all lanai spaces. Local beaches are less than five minutes away by car, or walk to the beach instead. Wonderful sunsets to enjoy every evening from the home lanai. A great place to be for exploring the island. Quiet, but also close to the action of downtown restaurants and shopping. The space This ocean view home is updated and located in a residential neighborhood in Kona. It is centrally located to waking paths, beaches, snorkeling, restaurants, grocery stores, and downtown Kona. The property has two dedicated workspace areas and fast wifi for those who need it. The garden landscape is maintained and it contains many varieties of palms, trees, foliage and flowers. The ocean and sunset views are amazing and they make a great backdrop for your lanai dining experiences. Feel free to relax in all of the shared spaces and enjoy the amenities of home. Discreet Owner lives at a different residence, but may (or not ) be utilizing a back yard ohana during your stay. Guest access Guests have access to the Master Bedroom/ master bath/ private lanai; Guests also have access to these other areas: kitchen/dining room/living room/ and all lanais. During your stay I prefer text message ( or What’s App) first for communication. A phone call is my second preference. Email: I only check two times per day. Though I am readily available to answer your questions and give you suggestions, I have an active lifestyle, and I tend to interact with guests when they reach out to me. I prefer to give guests their privacy when possible. But I am also happy to converse with guests if they prefer that too. Other things to note This is a strict NO smoking and NO vaping home and property. Please take a walk to do these activities. There is a strict NO SHOES policy inside the house. A long term resident lives downstairs. And, we and our neighbors sleep with windows open. Thank you for being courteous with noise lowering between 10 pm and 7 am. Private washer and dryer available for you. Various cats reside in the yard. Hawaii taxes: a GE tax ( 4.712%) and a TAT tax (13.25%) must be paid in advance to the owner prior to arrival.
