Central A/C Outdoor Shower Propane Gas Grill Any appliances you may need, Keurig or regular drip coffee machine. Blender, Air Fryer, etc. Iron & Ironing Board provided in laundry room. Dishwasher, don’t forget your dish pods. We don’t offer toiletries so please remember your paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, etc. We provide but don’t guarantee 4 beach chairs. 1 beach umbrella, 1 crab trap, and 1 Surf Board. Located: Down the street from Stutz Candies & Gifts. Walking distance to Acme Grocery & Skipper Dipper Ice Cream, and Pinky’s Seafood Company (take out or a la fresco quick dining). Acme Surf & Sport is within walking distance at 8401 Long Beach Blvd, Long Beach, NJ 08008. For all your bike and water sport rental needs. We are just a short drive to pretty much anywhere on the island. We have it all on LBI. Outdoor dining, quick dining, fine dining. Shops and Boutiques, amusement rides etc. See our home manual for more suggestions. Need to stock up on essentials: we have Acme & Murphy’s Grocery on the island. Need a quick Costco or Target trip, just a quick drive over the bridge. OFF SEASON 3 night minimum PEAK SEASON (June - September) 7 night minimum with Saturday to Saturday check in / check out. Guest access Guest has access to entire West Unit ( Left). Our home is setup townhouse style. Lower level is laundry room. 1st floor is all the bedrooms and bathroom. Top Floor is living room / kitchen and half bath. Other things to note Extremely Strict on checkout and check in times. We pride ourselves on a clean & disinfected home. The cleaning service needs the full changeover time to get the house ready for the next guests. Must be 26+ to reserve. No parties, proms, etc. No smoking. No pets. As with most homes on LBI linens are not included. Ask about our optional Linen Package! Toiletries are not included in the rental. Don’t forget your toilet paper. Paper towels. Laundry detergent, etc. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will ask for a valid form of ID ( drivers license preferably). This is for your safety as well as ours. Your check in code will be sent to you in an automated message at 2:59pm EST. You may arrive anytime after 3pm on your check in day. Again we are extremely strict on check in and check out times. Check out is 10am EST. Late fees will apply if you or any belonging are still in our home after check out time. Any questions we are always available via the app.
