What once was a small summer lake house has been transformed into a newly remodeled retreat. Charming and private with amenities like a woodstove and laundry, this cozy retreat is only blocks from a lake and minutes from downtown Groton. This is a two family home, but you have your own entrance, parking spaces, and back deck located between the two homes. The space We have a big kitchen with the basic supplies for cooking and longer stays, with vaulted ceilings and big windows with great nature views. We have laundry on site. There is a wood stove in the spacious livingroom as well as a table for games or to do work from. There is a large pull out sofa bed for extra guests aswell. Parking for 2 cars infront of your airbnb but a third car can be arranged with the host if necessary. Guest access There is a separate entrance to your airbnb and the only shared space is the back deck. Other things to note There are 2 steps down into the livingroom with no hand rail, so may not be suitable for small children and limited mobility folks.
