Trash pick-up is early Monday and Thursday mornings. · Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on property policy. · Government-issued photo identification and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges. · Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges; special requests cannot be guaranteed. · Guests have access to the entire home with the exception of owner’s storage unit in back yard. · Total up to 4 cars parking spot including 1 carport & 3 street in front of house. This property has surveillance and security alarm monitoring. · Please note that the "Security Deposit" is not debited or credited to your account when you book nor when you check in.
