Description
This is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo in a prime walk-able location in central Kailua-Kona. You can walk to the Kona Pier, Kamakahonu Beach, Hulihe‘e Palace, and Moku‘aikaua Church. Bars, restaurants, cafés, and grocery stores are all within 10-15 minutes on foot, especially along the Ali'i Drive seawall. Guests enjoy a free parking spot on the premises, and the Kalanikai resort complex offers a saltwater pool, BBQ grills, and a seating area for relaxation. The space Inside the apartment, guests enjoy a queen-sized bed in the main bedroom while additional sleeping can be arranged with an inflatable queen-sized air mattress that can be placed in the living room. There is air conditioning available in the living room/kitchen area while the bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan (additional floor fans are available in the bedroom closet). Our kitchen is stocked with plates, cups, utensils, and pots and pans. There is a full-sized electric oven as well as a fridge. Also available are coffee maker, coffee grinder, a toaster and a blender. Some beach gear is also available for guests, together with beach towels. Guests also have access to Wi-Fi (password provided upon check-in)! Please note that the apartment is located on the third floor of a three-story building and accessible by stairs only (no elevators). Parking space for one car is included in the rental, with the parking spot located within a five-minute walk to the apartment. Guest access Access to unit: Our condo is located on the top, 3rd floor of the building which is accessible only by stairs. The building complex does not have elevators! Use of pool and barbecuing area: Guests are free to use the pool and the attached BBQ area during posted hours of 8am to 10pm daily. Parking: Guests have access to a dedicated, shaded parking lot! Please note that parking in other, unassigned restricted lots is subject to fines and towing at guest’s expense. Other things to note Maximum occupancy and other regulations: - The condo has a maximum occupancy rate of four people. Exceeding this maximum rate is subject to fines and reporting with Airbnb. - Due to local laws and condominium policies, guests must be 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. - Pets are not allowed in the unit. Service animals are subject to advance review, please contact the hosts for questions or information regarding service animals. Other considerations: Please take off shoes while in the home - mahalo!
