Enjoy easy walking to the beach, multiple parks and restaurants and the train station to travel anywhere including Boston and downtown Salem. The space The Entrance to this unit is in the back of the property, down a flight of steps into the back yard area of the house. The entrance is solely for the unit. Guest access Guests may use the entire living space through the door including the studio style room and private attached 3/4 bath. They may also use the out door patio space with seating and tables outside their entrance. Other things to note While the living space is private, the yard and the deck the entrance is located near is shared with the entire household, there may be other tenants on or around the deck or in the yard. There is a mid sized dog on the property that sometimes uses the yard space that shares the entrance with the unit as well as children who will play in the yard. The dog can be kept away from guests if they request it.
