Your options of fun are ENDLESS here, as we are located within 3 miles from multiple hiking trails and lakes for swimming, picnics, and water sports! Shopping and restaurants are all under 5 miles away (Costco, Walmart, Target, Cabela’s, Old Navy, movie theater, and lots more). Don’t forget to visit Kalispell’s downtown, which is under a 3 mile drive away, lined with cute coffee shops and local Montana stores. Whitefish is only 15 miles away, and makes for a great day of walking the downtown area, good restaurants, Whitefish Lake, and Whitefish Ski Resort. Flathead Lake is 14 miles away, and it’s perfect for a day on the beach, with water activities and fishing. Like to go for walks or bike rides? Bring your running shoes or bike! The Rails To Trails sidewalk is directly outside of the house, and is great for walks, runs, and bike rides. The trail leads directly to downtown Kalispell, which is only 3 miles away, and extends all the way from Somers, Montana to Kila, Montana. ABOUT THE HOME: Comfortable beds and linens, and fluffy towels will help you relax after a fun day of Montana adventures. You will feel right at home here and will be surrounded in nature! Start your day by watching the sunrise on the patio with a cup of hot coffee in your hands. At the end of the day, relax with a glass of wine or local beer by the patio fire as you watch the sun set into the mountains. Or play yard games in the large yard with your loved ones. The covered/furnished patio is perfect for quality time. Don’t forget the incredible star gazing here, and keep your eyes out for the Northern Lights (Montana isn’t called the Big Sky state for no reason!)! HOME LAYOUT: Our home consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Tucked onto 5 acres of land, you will have nature views from any window! There are no stairs in the home, making it a perfect option for all ages. Bedroom 1: King sized bed with walk-in closet and access to patio. Attached full-sized bathroom with shower. TV with Roku. Bedroom 2: King sized bed with walk-in closet and attached full-sized bathroom with shower. TV with Roku. Bedroom 3: Queen sized bed. Unattached full-sized bathroom with shower. Tv with Roku. Open floor plan with fully stocked kitchen overlooking living room, dining room table (which seats 6), and connecting to the patio. Living room has large TV with Roku. Patio: Fire pit, table, and grill with views overlooking field, nature, and mountains. One Car Garage with washer and dryer. WE ARE LOCATED: Located in Kalispell, MT -28 miles to Glacier National Park West Entrance -10 miles to Glacier Park International Airport -2.5 miles to the nearest grocery store -3 miles to downtown Kalispell -5-10 minute drive from great restaurants and shopping (COSTCO under 4 miles away) -15 miles to Whitefish, MT -16 miles to Columbia Falls, MT -35 miles to Lake McDonald -15 miles to Flathead Lake -10 miles to Somers, MT -Less than 1 hour drive to Blacktail Mountain and Polson Guest access Guests have access to entire house, except for part of the garage and the shed next to home, which is for home owners’ use only. Other things to note Please note that the 3rd bedroom is attached to the garage, as is the 3rd unattached bathroom. The bathroom in the garage has its original 1980’s charm and we plan to remodel it like the other bathrooms in the fall 😊
