The space This is a beautiful, spacious suite with two rooms separated by pocket style doors. In the first area you'll find a comfortable seating area, large smart TV and fully functional kitchen with a skylight. The second room features a king size bed, gas fireplace, and double whirlpool under flickering gas lighting. While the Carriage House is found in a quiet and private location, it is only 2 miles to historic downtown Cedar Falls and 4 miles to UNI. The neighborhood is wooded and quiet with walking trails and Hartman Nature reserve within a 5- minute walk. Entrances to the bike trails are an easy 3- minute bike ride down the Boulevard. Access to an onsite locked garage for your bikes can be easily arranged. Guest access Private access with keyless entry is provided. Other things to note Parking is available right in front of the entrance door for one car. If guests have 2 cars, depending on the size and length of stay an additional car is able to park behind the first car or on our street which is very quiet with very little traffic. Require advanced notification if more than one car.
