Loft bed has a 275 lb. limit - for up to two children or one smaller adult. One closet. Access to hall bathroom. Bedroom #3 - One Queen Bed, Closet and access to hall bath. Bathrooms: One Master Bathroom w/shower inside the Master Bedroom. One Hall Bathroom includes tub/shower. Fully Provisioned Kitchen. Living Room, Dining room, Sunroom area, Breakfast bar, Reading/Game room. Expansive Deck, Charcoal Grill (not propane). Charcoal not provided but could be left from a prior guest. Parking for three or more vehicles. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and all bedrooms. No access to the garage. Three (3) designated parking spaces in the drive way turn around. Within 24 - 48 hours before your arrival you will receive a Welcome Message with complete directions, and address of the house. Also included will be your entry code for the smart lock.
