Relax with friends and family at this peaceful retreat. Within walking distance of breweries, restaurants, bike rentals, bike path, and a short drive to Smith College (8 min), Williston (6 min), downtown Northampton (9 min), and other local colleges, this home makes the perfect base to explore the area. There are 2 separate living areas so guests can spread out, and a huge private yard with a fire ring, patio, grill, and hammock swing. Enjoy the large kitchen, quiet setting, and lovely views! The space This 2-story cape has a living room with 55-inch smart tv, fully stocked kitchen which includes an expandable dining table, an additional private den, full bathroom, and one bedroom with queen-size bed on the first floor. Upstairs, you'll find two more bedrooms, one with a king size bed and a twin bed, the other with a full size bed and workspace. The upstairs bedrooms are separated by a wide hallway, allowing for privacy for each. A sleeping mat for use in any room is available upon request, and all the bedrooms are large enough to fit the portable crib. A washer and dryer are available on the basement level. You’ll find puzzles, books, and games for all ages, bluetooth speaker, even a basketball hoop in the driveway. The home is furnished with all ages and abilities in mind, so there’s little to break and lots of space to move around. Outside, you’ll have beautiful views of Mt. Tom, flower gardens, and the moonrise. Guests can relax on the deck, enjoy a book in the outdoor rockers, or lounge on the hammock swing. A gas grill, fire ring (wood provided) and outdoor tables allow for plenty of dining options. Within a 10min walk to many amenities, you can choose to walk, bike, or easily drive to anything you might need. Guest access Guests can access the entire home and yard. Other things to note The stairs to the 2nd floor are just a tiny bit steeper than average, and might not be great for someone with mobility issues.
