Welcome to Unit 108 of Champagne Island Resort, a privately owned condo unit with picturesque panoramic ocean/pool views. Perfectly situated in beautiful North Wildwood (Inlet). This condo rental is perfect for any type of guest , across the street from a quiet beach setting, steps away from the pool bar and with several restaurants and bars on the street adjacent. Whether you are looking for a peaceful morning coffee with breathtaking views, vacation at the beach, this unit is for you The space This is a 1 bedroom, 476 square foot unit, with a brand new pullout sofa bed and additional sleeping cot also available. There are smart TVs available in the Living Room and Bedroom. Feel free to use my Netflix, Max, Peacock, Hulu accounts that are logged in on the TVs! The unit also has a spacious bathroom and shower. There is a kitchenette in the Living Room area, with cupboard space and dishes/utensils/pans provided. The kitchenette includes a small refrigerator, small dishwasher, and two stovetop burners. Some additional perks include a small coffee bar (help yourself), wine glasses and wine rack (if there is wine there, help yourself!). Please feel free to use any coffee, creamer, wine that is available. This unit is also perfect for remote workers! There is a foldable desk available with an extra computer monitor for anyone that wants to work with a view out to the ocean. One of my favorite parts about the condo is the Sunset Ocean Views while sitting on the couch or at the desk/table (sunset available in pictures) The Unit 108 condo rental is in the perfect location in peaceful North Wildwood Inlet. The beach is right across the road, located above the Flip Flopz Bar, across the street from The Inlet Restaurant/Bar and Keenan's Irish Pub. The condo is also steps from the Resort pool bar, with passes provided with the rental. Couples and families can take a picturesque walk along the seawall or head down to the Boardwalk and Morey's Pier, which are just a few minutes drive away. If you enjoy seafood, I highly recommend Rick's Seafood which is right up the road. There is also a Wawa not far up the road. There are extra pillows and sheets in the closet for the pullout bed as needed! Guest access The unit comes with one free parking space in the lot adjacent to the building (not the small lot directly next, but one lot over). The spots are clearly labeled and you can easily find Unit 108. If you have more than one vehicle, there is plenty of paid parking or you can park on one of the free side streets not far from the resort. The unit is now being set up with electronic keypad entry, to be provided by the owner of the unit prior to check-in. There is supposed to be a front desk similar to a hotel, so I can provide more details on that when rented. Other things to note This unit is perfect for couples looking for a getaway or small families. The condo sleeps 3-4 comfortably, with a sleeper sofa and extra sleeping cot available upon request. Feel free to move furniture around as needed but please return as you found it for future renters. This is now an individually owned unit that has been fixed up and is being rented by the new owner. I have no affiliation with any previous owner of Unit 108 and I am just looking to provide a great beach experience for people who love ocean views and the beach as much as I do. Please feel free to use anything in the condo that is unlocked, including any coffee, creamer, or wine that is available. If there is ever anything I can do to make your experience better, please let me know! Any feedback to make renting it better is greatly appreciated! *please know- there are points where there is noise during the busy season, as the pool bar will have music and sometimes dj. The bars across the street sometimes also have live music. This is out of my control so please do not book if that might be an issue for you.
