Floors and walls are original, so you may hear neighbors at times. Our apartments are non-smoking, but some long-term residents smoke in their own units and the odor can occasionally reach hallways and apartments. If you are sensitive to smoke, please consider this before booking. Our turnover staff is highly allergic to pet dander, so we cannot accommodate pets.
