Park in the heated garage and store all of your gear. Fully fenced yard perfect to bring your furry friends with you. Upon entering, you will be flooded with natural light and views of the Sleeping Giant, Scratchgravel Hills, and Mount Helena. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, double oven, and coffee/tea bar. The space This modern mountain home is perfect for all animal lovers, hikers, bikers, skiers, vacationers, and business travelers. This home has everything you need for a peaceful and comfortable stay: new king bed, ample natural sunlight, unlimited hot water with good pressure, fully stocked kitchen, huge closet with laundry, private fenced backyard, deck with magnificent views, washer and dryer, and access to walking, hiking, and biking trails. To maximize your stay, we have a hair dryer, extra linens, blankets, firm and soft pillows, a wifi enabled TV, and dog accessories. The coffee/tea bar is stocked with k-cups, tea bags, sugar, cream, and syrup. If your car does not leak, you can park in the heated two-car garage (free street parking is also available). Pets are always welcome! If you are interested in a private vinyasa yoga class, message your hosts! We would be happy to arrange this service with a local instructor. Guest access Guests will be provided a 4-digit code prior to check-in. The listing has a lockbox which contains the key to both the front door and the garage door. A garage door opener is also provided for easy access. A fee will be assessed if the key and garage door opener are not returned. NOTE: The property requires stairs and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility Other things to note Up to 3 pets are welcome (dogs, cats, etc.), and they must be up-to-date on vaccinations. You must notify the host if you have pets at the time of reservation and number of pets. A 60lb dog crate, dog bed, and dog bowls are provided. If your pet is not well trained, we ask that you crate them or leave them in the heated garage when you are away. Please pick up your pet’s waste before leaving. Extra cleaning charges may apply if the yard is not picked up or damage is done to the property.
