Welcome to our cozy studio apartment, an ideal retreat for solo travelers or couples seeking a comfortable stay in the heart of Pittsfield. Nestled in a vibrant neighborhood, our cozy place offers everything you need for a memorable stay. Relax in the stylish outdoor patio after a day of exploring, whip up a meal in the well-equipped kitchenette, and rest easy in the comfortable bedroom. With easy access to nearby attractions, our place serves as the perfect home base for the city adventures. Other things to note Check-in/Check-out time: Check-in time is after 4 PM; check-out is before 11 AM. Late check-out until 2 PM is available for $30 after hour cleaning fee, subject to availability and host confirmation. Staying beyond the 11 AM check-out without approval will incur a $50 fee. Please coordinate with the host for any extensions in advance. Early check-in at 1 PM is available only with prior approval and there is a $30 early check in fee. Wifi Access: Please make sure the internet wifi router (Round shaped google nest device) is connected to power and on. If it’s not connected to power, the internet speed will be impacted. One Vehicle Limit: Guests are allowed to park only one vehicle in the provided spot. Additional vehicles will need to find alternative parking, which may include street parking or nearby public lots. Please be considerate of other guests and residents in the parking area and driveway. Please park ONLY in front of the building. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. If you need to smoke, please do so at the outdoor areas away from the building and dispose of cigarette butts properly. A smoking fine of $150 will be applied if the no-smoking policy is violated. Pets are not permitted. An unauthorized pet fee of $50 per night will be charged to cover allergen and cleaning expenses. This helps maintain a pet-free environment for guests with allergies. In the event that there is a violation the reservation is terminated without refund. Quiet Hours: Please respect the quiet hours from 9 PM to 9 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all tenants. Keep noise levels to a minimum during this time. In the event that there is a complaint from neighbors, the reservation will be terminated without any refund. Damages and Accidents: Any damages to the apartment or its contents caused by guests must be reported to the host immediately. Guests will be held responsible for any intentional or negligent damage. Inform the host of any maintenance issues promptly within two hours of check in. Occupancy: Maximum occupancy of 2 people is strictly enforced, regardless of age. Violation of maximum occupancy will result in termination of the reservation with no refund. Only guests who have been pre-approved and registered are permitted on the property. Any additional guests must be pre-approved by the host. Violation of this rule will result in an additional fee of $100 and cancellation of the reservation with no refund. Movable Space Heater: Keep the movable space radiator at least three feet away from curtains, bedding, furniture, and other flammable materials. Never cover the radiator or place anything on top of it while it's in use. Please ensure the radiator is placed on a flat, stable surface to prevent tipping over. Do not leave the radiator unattended while in operation. Please avoid using extension cords or power strips with the radiator; plug it directly into a wall outlet. Allow the radiator to cool down before moving or storing it. In case of any unusual noises, smells, or malfunction, immediately unplug the radiator and contact the host for assistance. No Parties or Events: Please refrain from hosting parties or events in the apartment. The space is meant for quiet enjoyment and is not suitable for large gatherings. Visitors Policy: Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight in the apartment. If you plan to have visitors, please inform the host in advance and ensure that they adhere to the apartment rules. Trash Disposal: Dispose of your garbage in the designated dumpster located outside the building. Leaving trash inside or outside of the apartment will result in $25 fine. Furniture: Do not rearrange furniture or decor. Security and Locking Doors: Ensure that all doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the apartment or going to bed. This helps maintain a safe and secure environment for everyone. Front Porch Security: Please do not make loud noise in this area as this may disturb other tenants or guests. Please lock the door while not in the apartment. Illegal activities: Engaging in illegal activities on the property is strictly forbidden. This includes, but is not limited to, the consumption, possession, or sale of any drugs that are illegal in the state of Massachusetts. Additionally, any other activities deemed illegal under Massachusetts law are prohibited at the property. Violation of this policy will result in a fine of $250 and immediate termination of the reservation without refund. Check-out Procedure: Before checking out, please tidy up the apartment, wash any used dishes, and place all trash in the designated dumpster outside of the building. Please close all the doors, windows and turn off the AC (if on) before leaving the place. Please refrain from removing towels, linens, cups, TV Remotes, and kitchen items from the property. These items are provided for your convenience during your stay. Violators be fined $25 fee on top of the replacement cost of item. We hope these rules create a comfortable and enjoyable environment for all guests in the multi-apartment setting.
