Children and infants are charged 12 dollars per night. 5. Quiet hours start at 11 PM. Please respect all guests. 6. Smoking is strictly prohibited. A 250-dollar fine applies for special cleaning. 7. Clean all common areas after use. 8. Wash the dishes and clean the kitchen after using it. 9. Your room number is shown on the refrigerator and on the kitchen cabinets. Please leave them clean after use. 10. Do not leave personal belongings in the bathroom. We are not responsible for lost items. 11. Be considerate in the bathroom, as others may be waiting. 12. Bath taps turn to open. Do not pull them up or down, to avoid damage. 13. Keep windows closed to prevent mosquitoes and other harmless insects from entering. The house has central air conditioning. 14. Do not park in the driveway or block the exit. Vehicles will be towed at your expense. 15. Parking is a free courtesy. We are not responsible for any incident in the parking area or on the street. 16. Pets are not allowed due to allergies. Dogs require a 250-dollar deposit that covers special cleaning. 17. Do not overload the electrical system with too many devices or power strips. If a guest causes a short circuit in the room, they will be responsible for the costs. 18. Any lost, damaged, or missing items will be charged after check-out. 19. The house reserves the right to make repairs without refunds, even during your stay. By booking, you accept this. 20. We are not responsible for what happens in the common area, because Airbnb bans cameras there and we have no control over it. 21. We are not responsible for conflicts between guests. This is a shared house, so please be respectful. 22. We are not responsible for external noise, such as cars, trains, construction, shouting, or weather. 23.
