Listing price is based on garden view, view upgrades to ocean view and oceanfront may require additional fees. Since this is a timeshare resort, week long stays must have a Fri/Sat/Sun check in. Other things to note **Marriott describes unit as “Guest room - 1 King, Sofa bed, Balcony.” **Exact unit assigned a check-in however I will be able to tell you if you’ll be assigned to the Napili & Lahaina Towers or the Molokai, Maui & Lanai Towers. All towers share the same wonder amenities. **Photos are generic and provided by the resort. Villas are very similar unit to unit. Views may vary. **By booking you agree to the following: 1. Host is not held responsible for unforeseeable circumstances affecting the resort including repairs and improvements. 3. Rentee will provide a credit card at check in and takes responsibility for all incidental charges associated with their vacation for which additional fees are charged. 4. Rentee shall use the Property in accordance with the rules and regulations of the resort and will pay for all repairs, replacements and damages caused by the acts or neglect of or his/her guests.
