Platt Street Suite A

Welcome to Platt Street Suites Your home away from home. We have two studio suites with King beds available in our building, Suite A and Suite B. Studio Suite A is equipped with everything needed to make your visit comfortable, relaxing and an enjoyable stay. We are located downtown. Just walking distance to shops, restaurants, movie theater, brewery. Only a 10 minute drive to the beautiful Maquoketa Cave State Park The space Studio Suite A is located on the 2nd floor of our building , so it is not wheelchair accessible. Studio A includes: -Fully equipped Kitchen: Refrigerator , freezer and ice maker. Induction stove/ with induction pots and pans. All in one: microwave, air fryer, oven and toaster Utensils, cups, glasses, plates -King Bed/ We ensure ALL bedding and linens are changed after each guest, for a fresh and clean stay. -Futon: folds out into a full bed -Dining nook -Coffee station/ includes coffee pods, teas, sugar and cream -Desk/vanity -Non-Smoking -No pets Other things to note There is free parking on the SW corner of Platt street across from the Airbnb. There is also free public parking in the back of building on the NW side, there’s a sign that says public parking.
