My Cozy Down stairs has a full size "T.V" area. one Queen Bed a Spare Queen Bed for (extra Family/guest) and a second bedroom that's now a Workout room(shared) a Laundry(shared) and small bathroom. that has a older but Mighty Walk in Shower. All Sitting on 10 Arce's. and Business WIFI Guest access Full Size Walk out Basement: including Bedroom. Queen bed. I do Have a spare Bed that can go on the floor for extra guests (Queen) Full Living Room, WiFi Table. for dinner. Office Area. Fridge and Microwave. Second Bed converted into Workout Area, and Laundry/Mud Bathroom with a walk in Shower.
