Welcome to our Cityscape condo in Waialae, Oahu. Nestled in a peaceful hillside community, our 2-bedroom and 2-bath condo is designed to provide a comfortable and convenient home away from home for your stay here in Oahu. The space Upon entering the space, you will be greeted with stunning views of Honolulu and a bright atmosphere. The modern den adorned with subtle island-inspired touches add comfort to style. In the kitchen you will find various cooking supplies with modern appliances and all the essentials you need to enjoy delicious snacks and meals in. The cozy bedrooms offer a peaceful sanctuary, complete with desks and comfortable bedding to ensure a restful night's sleep. On the lanai, you are greeted by the lovely view of a well-maintained greenery area with lush landscaping, walking paths, and a sparkling pool all at your fingertips, perfect for soaking up the warm Hawaiian sunshine and taking a refreshing dip on a hot day. With its convenient location near Chaminade University, our city-scape condo provides easy access to campus facilities and nearby amenities. Explore the vibrant Waialae Avenue with its eclectic mix of shops and restaurants, or take a short drive to nearby Waikiki beaches and mountain hiking trails for various outdoor adventures. Guest access 🔑 Building access is located at the front office parking entrance. 🔑 Your keys to the building and the unit are in our lockbox located in the security-room across from the entrance. 📌 For building security, there is an electronic key-fob entry for the building. -Upon entering the building, there are multiple sets of elevators that will lead you to our space on the fourth floor, right-side hallway. 📌 Additionally on the grounds, you will find a pool, walking paths, garden areas, and gym access available to guests. Should you have any questions about access, please reach out and we will assist you promptly. Other things to note 📺 The televisions are operated with Roku and other streaming apps; kindly log in with your personal account details. 📌 Please note that Hawaii is a tropical environment, and critters live amongst the city and the community areas. All of our units are treated with quarterly pest services. However, the sighting of occasional bugs is not un-common. To avoid such occurrences, please keep all windows and doors closed when not in use. 📌 Additionally, please note that it is important to avoid the occurrence of mold. To avoid this, please leave the door to the washing machine open to dry out after each use, as well as bathroom doors or windows after heavy usage. Mahalo!
