The kitchen / dining area provides an option for indoor dining. Gather 'round the teak dining table with seating for 4 or converse at the casual bar seating at the kitchen counter. The well-appointed kitchen is furnished with cookware, and a variety of appliances for your comfort and culinary creations. The main level offers a Guest Suite with en suite bath. This Suite can be configured as two twin beds or converted into a King Bed. Just let us know your preference. This lower level guest room also has a back door for optimal cross ventilation. There are two additional Guest Suites on the upper level. The Master Suite faces the ocean with direct access to a private lanai. This upstairs lanai is a gracious get away with panoramic ocean views. Relax outside on the circular daybed or curl up with a good book in the Adirondack chairs. This spacious Master boast a California King Bed, comfortable seating, a television, a large en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, and a jetted tub with a separate standing shower. The second upstairs Guest Suite, with en suite bath, has plenty of room for a California King Bed and a separate sitting area with television and its own separate air conditioning system. All three bedrooms are connected to the central air conditioning system and have ceiling fans to allow for individual comfort throughout the home. This vacation home has a separate laundry room on the main level next to the Kitchen. Begin your vacation at a nearby "secret beach" just a short 3 minute walk along the shoreline. This cove is often visited by sea turtles and provides a perfect setting for relaxation and swimming. Hale Kai O'Kona is a quieter, private, 8 unit condominium complex, located on Alli Drive at the 2.5-mile marker, just north of the Living Stones Church. The visitor parking is for Owners only and strictly enforced with towing.
