Large siding glass door with a huge lanai(balcony). Window AC. Comfortable Murphy bed that can be lifted up and make more space for indoor workout or friends gatherings. The transition only takes 3 seconds. Large Lanai can also be used for bike or surfboard storage. Pack and travel light, I will provide all the necessities: Popup tent, beach towels, bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, etc. Guest access You have the whole unit with Lanai to yourself. Private entrance. Laundry is located at the back of the building operated with credit card. $3.5 to wash, $3.5 to dry. No assigned parking.
