Welcome to the Hickory House! A serene and peaceful getaway that will make you feel like you're away from it all, despite being just 5 minutes from shops and restaurants. The Hickory House is a cozy 2-bedroom, 1 bath with a cabin-like feel. Relax and take in the views on the elevated second-story deck or cozy up inside the freshly remodeled interior. You'll have everything you need for a relaxing getaway with a fully stocked kitchen, spacious living space, and comfortable bedrooms. The space You will walk into the open-concept kitchen and living area as you enter the property. The home is newly renovated and has a clean and cozy feel. You will find a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need for cooking during your stay. The spacious kitchen island offers seating for four. There is also a high-top dining table with seating for four. There is a comfy sectional couch with plenty of seating in the living area. Log in to your favorite streaming platforms on the smartTV or play board games or cards. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom off of the living area. Bedroom #1: Queen bed, sliding door walks out to the elevated deck, en suite bathroom access Bedroom #2: full-size bed The bathroom has a shower and a washer and dryer that are available for guest use. Occupancy is listed as 4 because that is how many fit in beds. However, we do have an air mattress available and are fine with guests sleeping on the couch if you would like to add a couple of additional guests at no extra charge. Guest access The house is located on the second level above an unoccupied storage garage. Guests will not have access to the garage. Guests have full access to the second-story home, deck, and all outdoor areas. Other things to note Please note: You will need to climb an exterior flight of stairs to access this second-story unit.
