It is perfect for vacationing singles, families, businesspeople, and honeymooners! - Standard King bed in the bedroom - Pull out queen sofa sleeper in the living room - Accommodates a maximum of 4 guests - There is also a furnished lanai (balcony) to enjoy the amazing beach and Friday fireworks views - World-class shopping is a short stroll away at the Ala Moana Shopping Center or the Royal Hawaiian Shopping center. - Right next to Ala Moana Beach Park and right on Waikiki Beach - There are also amazing off-property restaurants all around your building and in the building. Guest access - You will have access to the entire apartment - It is your home away from home -Two guest pools. Make sure to let me know that you want to use the pool and I will put your names on the list (message me all of the adult's first and last names) - Laundry room is available on the 17th floor- pay by app/credit card -Garage self-parking Included ( it is free and included in the price of the listing). Other options to park at: - Valet-Parking at onsite garage $45/day - Street parking available $1/1 hour - Parking at the Ilikai Marina Garage $28/day Other things to note Housekeeping occurs before and after your stay. Additional cleaning can be arranged in advance for an additional cost. Checkout time is 10am due to the housekeeper needing perform more than a standard daily hotel room cleaning for things such as cleaning the kitchen and completing laundry. We do provide towels and extra sheets. 2 beach chairs, 4 beach towels, and snorkel gear. If we see any damage to the apartment, we will kindly ask you to reimburse us for the damage. The booking cost is the final cost and includes: -Hawai’i General Excise Tax (GET - 4.5%) -Hawai'i Transient Accommodations Tax (TAT - 10.5%) -Oahu Transient Accommodations Tax (OTAT - 3%) -Cleaning fee Please be aware this is an Oceanfront building that was constructed in the 1960s like much of Waikiki. Due to the close proximity to the Ocean, all buildings and structures are vulnerable to the corrosive effects of salt water as well as the inherent age of the building and require intermittent maintenance to maintain structural integrity and system integrity. As an independent condo owner/manager I am not in charge of, nor responsible for these construction projects or emergency repairs, and they can occur at any time during the year. Please be aware that major construction projects may have the potential to affect your stay (noise during construction hours, incomplete access to amenities, brief interruptions in utilities, etc.) I will do my best to pass along information as I receive it from the HOA. However, as there are various projects that may arise at the last moment or delays in projects that occur, I may not always be able to provide notice.
