The space First floor contains: a galley kitchen; half bathroom; open living room/dining room area; small bedroom; sunroom. Outside the kitchen is a covered back porch. Perfect for morning coffee! The living room/dining room area is great for family gatherings. Off of the living room is an airy, warm sunroom, containing a trundle bed that sleeps two people. The small first-floor bedroom has a room darkening curtain in lieu of a door, due to it's unique setup. This is the perfect room for an older family member who does not want to walk upstairs. Second floor: is the primary suite; full bathroom; kids room. The primary suite contains a queen bed. The kids room has a bunk bed and a twin bed - it sleeps three comfortably.
