Please include your pet in the booking so we know ahead of time. Max of 1 dog. No other types of animals are authorized. To provide a high level of security and safety all Berkshire Vacation Rental Co. properties are equipped with a security camera facing the parking area and noise monitoring hardware inside the home. If either of these items are tampered with in any way guests will be alerted immediately and we reserve the right to cancel the reservation if the problem isn't rectified. There is parking for a couple cars in the designated spot directly in front of the condo. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire townhouse to themselves as well as shared amenities including a hot tub and a pool within the community. Other things to note *** Please note that hot tub and pool are located in the main Country Village building about one minute from the condo via car.
