Welcome to my cozy, independent entrance studio/in-law mini apartment, located in West Springfield, MA. Maritza’s studio is perfect for a single person or a couple who wants to experience the beauty of a nice, safe, peaceful neighborhood. No suitable for infants. The studio is conveniently located near Big E, Six Flags, Basketball Hall of Fame, museums, nice restaurants,the MGM Casino, Yankee candle. 15 minutes from Baystate and Mercy Hospitals in Springfield and Noble Hospital in Westfield. The space This clean studio is located in a 1st floor with a sliding door for a private entrance. Several windows let in a lot of natural light. Your view is of our beautiful garden (in warm weather) that you can see from the studio's windows and from the deck. There is a very comfortable queen size bed, a night table with a clock, two lamps with cell phone chargers in addition to electrical lighted areas and a spacious wardrobe with hangers for your convenience. We offer Wi-Fi, smart and flat TV with Amazon Prime and Roku, placed on additional storage furniture. There is a workspace with a desk, a swivel chair and a magazine rack with books for your enjoyment. Next to it, there is a very comfortable lazy boy recliner. The kitchenette includes mini-refrigerator, pressure cooker, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, electrical kettle, waffle maker and all the proper dishware and silverware. NO stove included. There is a pretty convenient kitchenette sink, where you can always wash your dishes. The full beautiful bathroom includes a -shower a sink with a storage cabinet. Also, a hairdryer, towels, some other bathroom essentials (shampoo, conditioner) inside a 4-drawer storage. Also, an iron and a small ironing board. The deck with chairs, table and umbrella provides a nice setting for eating outdoor or just enjoy fresh air and the beauty of nature. Enjoy the convenience of a free parking for 1 vehicle! Exterior security cameras are in the porch of the main house, not in the studio. Guest access Rear deck. The studio is located on the 1st floor. There is a 5-step staircase that conducts to the studio entrance. There is a sliding door for a private and independent entrance. The studio's door is secured with a lockbox. Even when it is a very safe neighborhood, outdoor cameras are placed at the main entrance of the main home, providing extra security to the entire location. Other things to note Notes: There is an independent sliding door entrance for your use. Another area of the studio is attached to the house, connected by two doors one right behind the other (one is a film covered and sound proofed glass door and the another is a core solid door. We have put insulation material in between those two doors to prevent casual noise. We want you to be private and comfortable! No washer and dryer, but 10 minutes from this place, there is a laundromat facility. There is a kitchenette with several artifacts for preparing food, there is no stove. The kitchenette sink does not have a disposal. Leftovers must be disposed in the trash can before washing the dishes. You can enjoy the convenience of a free-parking for 1 vehicle, just steps away from the 5-steps staircase that conducts to the studio. Bathroom is handicap accessible It has a walk-in shower and grab bars. But the studio entrance (5 steps) is not handicap accessible. We speak English and Spanish.
