Unit offers excellent view of ocean, mountain, Ala-wai canal. Also sunset views and fireworks on friday nights. 日本語でも気軽にお問い合わせください。 The space *Studio 320 sqft including Lanai *Room has Cable TV and FREE Wi-Fi *Mitsubishi Mini Split AC *Kitchen utensils include. -Rice cooker -Microwave -Toaster -Refrigerator -Coffee and tea maker -Electric cook top stove *Please be aware that the price of the room per night is for the room only. However all amenities maybe used in the building if they are available. We are not responsible for any building amenities being unavailable. i.e. if the pool or sauna are closed for any reasons such as repairs , maintenance, etc. we have not control over these potential circumstances. Other things to note *Pay parking is in the building which is $47 for a full day constitute a 24hr time frame, and within the 24hr you can go in and out freely. The street along the side of the building named Ala-Wai is free street parking, but make sure you pay attention to the signs. Your car should be moved by 8 a.m. if you choose to park on that street. *This room is owned by private owner and is NOT a part of the Hotel chain that's operating in the building. *There is NO access to the room's mailbox unless guests are staying for at least 2 weeks or more. Also please notify us in advance to use the mailbox so arrangements can be made to get the keys to you. It's recommended to use courier services such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS so mail can be delivered to the unit(front door). Guests who stay for less than two weeks and need to use the US. postal service are advised to have mail or packages sent to the post office in Waikiki which is in walking distance from the Bldg. * Cleaning service is done once before guest arrives. Additional cleaning services will be charged an extra cleaning fee. Please inquire for availability and rates if additional cleaning service is desired. *This is a nice and clean building but NOT a luxury hotel. *The guest must clean up after themselves. For example after using dishes, cookware items, snorkeling gear, etc. Please take care of the room and the contents therein. This of course is to help us provide the nicest accommodations possible for our guests. *This building is located in a central area of Waikiki which is busy most of the time. You may hear sounds that are characteristic of an urban environment. **Please note that time for using common space may be modified due to COVID or its maintenance.
