Homestake Lodge - Yurt

Secluded yet close to town, the yurt at Homestake Lodge is wonderful year round. The space The yurt at Homestake Lodge is secluded in the forested hills on the property and sleeps up to six people. The Yurt may be reached by car during the Summer. In the Winter it is ski or snowshoe accessible. It is a 24' Yurt with comfortable seating, dining table, kitchen counter with sink and camping stove (please bring your own camping propane canister), wood stove (wood is provided) and Vault Toilet 100' from Yurt. The yurt has a wonderful deck with chairs and a grill, we ask you to bring your own small propane canister. The beds have a sheets and comforters provided in the summer months. We provide a pulk (sled) to haul your gear to the Yurt in Winter, we do not allow walking to the yurt in regular footwear when snow is on the ground. Smoking is not allowed in or near the yurt. Dogs are welcome with a $30 per dog per stay fee. During your stay The host lives on the property and is available.
