Please be aware of all posted signs and adhere to the guides clearly posted. We do not have on site parking. There are multiple 24/7 parking garages near the property if needed. South Bay Center offers 2 hours free parking (5min drive/20min walk away). The nearest 24h parking is Channel Center Garage at $30/day. MBTA Andrew subway/bus station is a 3 minute walk away. House maintenance - Trash pick up (Thursday) - Snow emergency cleaning (November - March). Please DO NOT park your car in the snow emergency artery during a declared snow emergency to avoid parking ticket/tow. Guests are responsible for their own vehicles and ticket(s), if any. Property disclosure We employ security and safety measures for our guests and neighbors. Thus, the following devices are installed: - 1 doorbell camera and 1 active camera located on the exterior of the property and in no way/shape/form point inside the house to protect your privacy. Devices are on 24/7. - Smart home device that detects noise decibel levels inside the home. This device also has the capability of detecting smoke from cigarettes, marijuana, and vape pens. The device does not record video or audio. Guest access We provide our guests with contactless self check in. You will get your entry information a day before your arrival. Guests have access to the entire rental unit. There is no upstairs/wheelchair access. Other things to note Check-In Time: 4PM Check-Out Time: 10AM By booking, you agree to all of the following rules and agreements. 1. Smoking, drugs, and vape use is NOT allowed inside and outside the property. There is a $1,000 fine if discovered. 2. Parties are NOT allowed on this property, including loud music. Quiet Hours are 10PM - 8AM. If it is determined that guests are having a party/large gathering OR surrounding neighbors report a complaint and/or call police for disturbance, guest(s) will be asked to leave immediately without refund. There is a $1,000 fine if discovered. 3. Any cleaning issues must be reported within a reasonable time of check-in so that we can help resolve any issues you may have. There's no daily housekeeping. For long-term stays (over 30 days), deep cleaning can be requested for $300 per cleaning. This process takes 2-3 hours, similar to checkout. Excessive mess after your stay will incur additional charges on top of the standard cleaning fee. 4. You will be charged twice the current price for any missing or damaged items (including, but not limited to stained towels/sheets), as well as $200 USD for each lost, missing, or damaged remote. 5. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are NOT allowed. Children are considered guests that must be stated in the reservation. We do not allow visitors unless discussed and agreed upon prior to booking. Violation of this rule will result in a $200 penalty per person, per night. 6. Pets are NOT allowed. Violation of this rule will result in a $300 penalty per pet, per night. Double cleaning fee will be applied. 7. We do NOT allow packages/mail to be sent to the address you’re staying at. You may deliver items to the door, or to a local FedEx/UPS. We cannot help you to retrieve delivered mail. 8. The following activities are prohibited without the written consent of the Host and will incur location fees: filming, professional photography, coordinated events or parties, miscellaneous commercial activities, music recording, or endeavors which typically incur a location expense beyond lodging. Please contact the Host for location fees. 9. Guests shall keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Household inventory and appliances shall be used conventionally and respectfully. Guests shall maintain a respectable level of cleanliness and tidiness in the home. 10. Late check-out will incur a fee of $100/hr. Subject to approval and must be notified in advance. 11. There are 2 security cameras: 1 on the doorbell and 1 at the front door. Blocking or disconnecting any of these devices will lead to immediate termination of your stay with no refund. Also, you will be charged for any missing or damaged items occurring when these devices are blocked/disconnected at twice of its current price. 12. The Host is not responsible for parking tickets or any law violations. 13. Host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illness, or deaths that occur while on the premises or its facilities. Host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises. 14. By booking, you agree to comply with the above Rules & Agreements.
