Rest easy in this picturesque, very spacious tranquil home ready for you for a relaxing stay. Minutes from umass, 10min to either Amherst or Noho. Not only will you have access to the hot tub and walk in the hay fields behind the house but we are directly across from the Connecticut River. Perfect spot for swimming or kayaking. Enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains/hay and corn fields from multiple rooms in the house. This space is above an all female wood working shop, happy to give tour! The space This apartment is located above a all female wood working shop, you not hear anything in the apartment. Happy to give a tour of the shop too! Guest access You will have private access to the whole second floor apartment with porch. The back yard is a shared space, along with the hot tub. Private hot tub time can easily be arranged, just let me know when you’re planning on going in. You can also take walks in the fields. Large driveway with ample parking. Other things to note Amenities: - Bedrooms: There are 2 bedrooms. Both rooms have dressers and hanging storage. 1st bedroom has a very comfortable queen bed. Motorized room blackout shade. This room also has a smart tv in it that can be used for Netflix Etc. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. Room darkening shades. - Bathrooms: There is 1 full bath. Shower/tub combo (small tub not great for baths) two shower heads and a toilet bidet with warm water. - Kitchen: Pots, pans, coffee pot, coffee, tea, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, blender, toaster oven, etc., are available for your use. Really everything you would need to cook during your stay, even tons of spices and olive oil. - Porch: Relax on the outdoor sofa with large umbrella. -Backyard: Hang around in the comfiest swinging chairs with foot rests (each chair can easily accommodate 350lbs), hammock, grill, table and chairs, hot tub, lounge chairs, and fire pit. The backyard is shared with the owner. And you have access to walk in the fields behind the house as well. -Hot tub: the hot tub is inflatable and can easily fit 4 adults. It’s kept at 102* all year round. We just ask you wash your feet in the water provided to try and keep any dirt out of the water. This is shared with the owner, but private time to make sure it’s free when you want can easily be arranged. This is a second floor apt with stairs to get in. No elevator. Please no smoking inside (smoking on porch 👍), pets, or parties.
