Located in the quiet north end of the island, this bright & cozy 3rd floor unit is 2.5 blocks from the beach/boardwalk, an easy walk to downtowns shopping and steps away are Maria’s Cafe, Positively 4th and Soulberri Smoothie cafe. With all new mattresses, 400 thread ct linens, private balcony to dine watching the sunset, in unit laundry, a fully equipped kitchen, bbq grill & beach gear-you’ll have everything for a relaxing & restorative vacation. The space Located in Ocean City’s historic district this unit is bright, cozy and has recently been refurnished with a luxurious sofa, new beds, plush queen mattresses and a new POLYWOOD dining set & rugs for the porch. This unit is located on the 3rd floor with stair entry only. If you are unable to do stairs this unit may not be a fit for you. Enjoy a slow morning with organic coffee (provided) or dinner al fresco on the tree lined private porch with a full dining set and conversation set on the opposite end. Guests have commented this is a "room" of its own with roller shades to shield the afternoon sun - you'll also catch beautiful skies during evening sunsets. The bathroom offers a full tub for bathing littles with updated modern tile. White fluffy turkish cotton 600gsm bath linens are provided. All queen beds have white 400 thread count cotton linens and crisp white quilts. The front bedroom offers a nightstand with charging station and the 2nd, slightly larger, bedroom has QUEEN bunk beds. *take note of 7" ceilings- one may come in contact with the ceiling. The kitchen is FULLY equipped for all your cooking needs including a nutribullet for smoothie lovers and coffee lovers can choose from a Keurig (organic k cups provided), drip coffee or a French press. If you're in the mood to grill, you may use the charcoal Weber grill in the communal yard. 3 beach tags, 2 beach chairs, an umbrella and a wagon to carry beach gear and/or 2 toddlers are provided. *Note beach towels are not provided. Guest access You'll have the entire 3rd floor to yourself with keyless entry. There is a front staircase and back stair case for entering the unit. You enter the unit from the staircase off the dining area (see photo.) While not full proof, a safety gate is provided for this area. Monitoring children near staircases is recommended. This unit is located on the 3rd floor with stair access only. Please see pictures of the front of the home to see specifics on the front staircase entry. Free street parking is available This unit is approx 850sqft Other things to note • As this is the primary residence for some of our neighbors this unit is for respectful families or mature adults age >25 •There is a maximum of 5 guests on the property, including infants. The house should not be used as a place to gather, with more than 5 people at any given time. Any guests not on the reservation will be asked to leave • Beach Tags: As a courtesy, we start our season with 3 seasonal badges. Guests will incur a replacement fee of $40 per beach tag. Beach tags are not needed for those under 12yrs old or in the off-season and can be purchased at the beach entrance •The Top bunk in the second bedroom has a maximum weight of 350lbs per bunk. Use caution when in the top bunk due to 7' ceilings. • There is a staircase leading into the unit right off of the dining area (see photo.) We do provide a gate but parental guidance is always advised •This unit is located on the 3rd floor with stair access only. • There are 7' ceilings- if you are >6’ you may come close to light fixtures
