Fabulous, easy going, well- organized and neat pair of professionals in their late 30s, husband and wife…renting a bedroom out of their home. Located on a pleasant, quiet location on the west side of Brockton, MA with direct access to highway (Route 24) and about a 1 mile proximity to variety of shopping centers, restaurants, banks, major golf course, etc. This cozy room is fully furnished (twin size bed) with extras. Common areas shared (1/2 bathroom and living room), but rarely used by us.
