Our Airbnb provides generous parking accommodations, making it easy for guests to park multiple vehicles with ease. The property is conveniently located just a 15 to 20-minute drive from MetLife Stadium and American Dream Meadowlands and less than an hour away from New York City and Manhattan. Please make sure to dispose of trash in designated bins. Guest access Guests won’t have complete access to the entire second floor. It has one shared kitchen and dining area, one shared bathrooms, a shared living area, and a private bedroom. Nestled in a prime location, this estate is ideal for a memorable vacation with easy access to New York City's attractions and New Jersey's parks, reachable conveniently by train and bus. Please note that using amenities from other floors is prohibited and considered an intrusion, subject to a $500 fine. You can rent the living room area located on the first floor for $500 per night. Well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior approval at booking, subject to an additional $100 fee. Please bring your pet's bedding. Pets are not allowed in beds and furniture. During your stay We are available at your service throughout the day, except from 10 PM to 7 AM. Ceiling fans and unit fans are also available to the guests. * Please turn the AC units off during checkout. A fine of $150 will be charged if they are left turned on.
