It's located just across from Hilton Hawaiian Village Resort, easy walk to the beach, the Hawaii Convention Center & Ala Moana Mall. The space - Legally permitted vacation rental - Once you pay through Airbnb, there are NO other fees when you check in. - Free guaranteed designated parking with 24 hour in & out privileges inside the building. STRESS FREE very convenient. - Elevator access FOB for guests' safety. - 24 hour Front desk & Security guards - Hybrid king size bed - The kitchenette is well equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, single electric cooktop burner, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, plates & bowls, and cooking utensils. (No stove & oven). - Free in-room Wifi, 55" HDTV, A/C, dinette set, loveseat couch, Shampoo & conditioner, body wash are provided. -Beach gear - The 5th floor is a large open space and there are: Pool, 2 laundry rooms, BBQ area, table & chairs, free Wifi is available. - The grocery store (Food Pantry) is near the building. Island Country Market (Like ABC stores with much more prepared food selections) is a minutes away & two 7-Elevens (good prepared food selections), McDonalds, and many restaurants are close by. - This unit is suitable for a short or long stay. Other things to note *When you book, please provide us with your flight schedules both your arrival time and return flight time at Honolulu airport, and where you are traveling from. *You see old review talking about parking. Now we have designated parking stall (effective August 2025) for your convenience. *There is no daily cleaning service. *Most of the Waikiki condo unit has its own window A/C unit.
