Relax at this unique and tranquil getaway. Once you step in River & Rail, you'll know you've discovered the BEST river view in all of LeClaire! Ideal for both River AND rail lovers! The apartment's living room has a HUGE picture window affording OUTSTANDING views of river activity, and also up close and personal with passing trains of the Canadian Pacific. Having been Airbnb 'Superhosts" since 2017, we've learned what guests enjoy in a rental. Just one block north of our Mill House rentals. The space The living room was built on the rear of the 2-story, 1895 building. During renovation, I gutted the room exposing the brick facade of the building's rear. So much character! Guest access You will never want to leave the living room....the VIEW! Sit on the sofa, look out the huge window, and pretend you are floating on the Mississippi River!! Other things to note Feel free to sit on the river bank, start a fire, and relax!
