This 2nd floor, 4 BD/2B condo is in a central location close to the amusements, beach, restaurants and downtown shopping. Has a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living space, and sleeps 10 comfortably w/ an extra cot. Includes gas grill, beach equipment & toys, board games, Atari, and 4 tvs w/ cable and access to your streaming services!! The space This 1600 square foot condo is on the 2nd floor of a duplex. In the rear of the property, via the alley, there are 2 off-street parking spaces (Garage and behind garage) reserved for you and an outdoor private shower. More free parking is available along Central Ave. A dedicated PARKING SPACE is like gold in season. Wifi as well as four TV's with basic cable and access to all your streaming apps.  In season, we provide 4 beach tags for you use during your stay. I am sure you will love our condo as much as we do! Other things to note Reminder that we do NOT provide linens (sheets and towels) but they are required. If you need linens, extra cribs (a cot is provided in the condo) or extras, there are several services in OC that can provide, including Ocean City NJ Shore Services and South Jersey Linens and others. We do provide blankets and pillows. Also although the listing states we do not provide essentials, as a courtesy to you and to ensure you get settled in and have a great start to your stay with us, we have provided an initial supply of toilet paper along with a couple of extra rolls on the bathroom shelves but these may not be enough for your entire stay and you may need to purchase additional supplies. We also provide dish soap, new dish sponge, detergent and hand soap in the bathroom. There is also coffee, sugar, creamer and some spices. Please message me ahead of check in if there is anything else you may need that would make your stay more enjoyable. For security reasons, we have a Ring Doorbell on the outside door to the Condo. we do not rent to seniors. Thank you!
