All are welcome! 🏳️‍🌈✌🏻✌🏽✌🏾✌🏿🏳️‍⚧️ The space THE KITCHEN is fully stocked with many of the tools you will need to make some nice meals for yourself and your family/guests. Gotham cooking pans, sharp Cuisinart knives, bamboo cutting boards, oils, organic cooking spices, sheet pans, cooking utensils, a rolling kitchen island with leaf, and more to satisfy your inner chef! Find a well-stocked coffee cart with a Keurig coffee maker, flavored regular, decaf, tea, and hot chocolate! And don't think I forgot the creamers, cane sugar, turbinado sugar, and low calorie sweetener options! THE BEDROOMS have been thoughtfully designed with wireless phone chargers, USB type A and C chargers, 99% blackout curtains, new comfortable hybrid mattress, alarm clock, side table, hamper, hangers, fans, tissues, ear plugs, dresser, and closet for clothes and item storage. The FULL BATHROOM has a medicine cabinet for toiletry storage, a tub shower with extending shower head, complementary toiletries and personal items - just incase you forgot some products at home. Off of the bathroom, you'll find a linen closet with a scale, steamer, make up mirror, extra pillows, and more! The DINING ROOM seats 4 and is perfect if you order food in or prepare a meal in the kitchen. Also included in the dining room is a READING NOOK filled with popular books for a rainy day or just for the love of reading! Cozy up in the LIVING ROOM after a long day exploring and visiting! Log into any of the popular streaming apps on the 42" Fire TV, unwind, and stream (or binge) your favorite shows and movies! Grab a blanket from the basket and pop some complementary popcorn - it's right on top of the microwave! If you like to people watch, feel free to do so on the enclosed PATIO. It is perfect for spring and fall seasons, it’s a great place to sip a warm beverage and plan your day! Need some you time? The second floor LOFT is the perfect place for some quiet time after a long day with your group. Enjoy a mid-day stretch with the provided yoga mat or get some reps in with the free weights and resistance bands. Working remote? There is a desk with a 20" monitor, laptop riser, and office supplies. If you don't want to do any work, the other side of the loft has a relaxing couch where you can catch up on a book you grabbed from the reading nook in the dining room! In the BASEMENT a new Whirlpool washer and dryer await so you can have clean clothes before you check out! Along with a clothes drying rack, extra laundry basket, and a table to make organizing laundry a little easier! In the back corner is a whole home reverse osmosis water filtration system. ADDITIONALLY... - The property has been restored, but it was built in 1923. The floors may be a bit uneven or creaky. Which is common for a home this age. - Please know, the house is on a popular main street and in a city, you will hear moderate road noise, see pedestrians walking on the sidewalk, and may encounter construction on the street. - If you wish to check in before 2PM, you must reserve the night before. - Be cautious of trip hazards, especially in the back yard. - Total livable square feet is 1,306 ft². This includes main level and upstairs loft. - Due to bathroom flooding in the past, the tub does not fill for baths. - Air conditioners will be in the windows between the months of June - September. - The thermostat controls only the heat. The temperature range is set between 64°F and 74°F (or 17.78 °C - 23.33.2°C) in the cooler months (October - May). - While the property is regularly maintained for safety, I request that all guests promptly report any damages or issues, particularly those that may pose a risk of harm to the cleaners, future guests, or their children. - I encourage all those who book to purchase the provided travel insurance. - The host, property manager, and/or home owner assume no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged deliveries. The mailbox is locked and letter mailings are not retrieved unless the home is vacant. For long term stays, host's mail pick up will be scheduled bi weekly. - The homeowner, property manager, and host disclaim any liability for any injuries and the like that occur inside or outside this property. - I do not accept bookings from guest living in Springfield, MA or a 20 mile radius of this home. This policy helps me maintain a clear purpose for my space, which is intended for visitors to the Springfield, MA area. - To prevent the spread of illnesses, please report to the host if you, your guests, child, pet, or service animal were ill during your stay. I left many amenities to make your stay more comfortable! Other things to note TRANSPORTATION This single-family home is located on a main road and is close to major transportation like Springfield's Union Station. Easily access highways I-291, Rt. 20, Rt. 5, I-91, I-84, I-290, and I-90. PVTA bus routes are close by and Bradley International Airport (BDL) is less than a 30 minute drive in clear traffic! SHOPPING Stay local if you like. The area has plenty of retail therapy! You could also spend the day in Connecticut at the West Farm Mall, or if you REALLY like to roam, NYC is approximately a 3 hour drive in clear traffic! ------------------------------------------------------------- LONG TERM STAYS OVER 31 days ONLY ⬇️ For stays over 31 days, the following additional amenities are provided: extra towels 1 extra bath mat 7 rolls of toilet paper 5 rolls of paper towels 1 extra box of tissues Required from the booker to to reserve: 1. A rental agreement, lead, and asbestos disclosure will need to be signed and completed after booking. 2. A security deposit HOLD of $350.00 is due 2 days before check in and will be released 4 days after departure provided the home is in original condition at time of check in.
