Welcome to the Swift Breeze Cottage! A bright and cheerful beach cottage that sleeps 6 with water views from the back deck. Just steps away from the beach and a mile long boardwalk! Stroll the boardwalk, take in the sun on the beach, fish or crab from the pier, enjoy live music at the beach pavilion every Saturday evening during the summer months, walk to great local restaurants or enjoy dining on the deck! Please note the minimum age to book is 21 years old. The space Dine on rear deck with spectacular views of Barnegat bay and Toms River and sunsets that just won’t quit! Gas Grille in Yard. Vaulted ceiling in kitchen/dining with open floor plan. Cozy living in a quiet sleepy beachfront town! Newly renovated and elevated after Hurricane Sandy! Famous Seaside amusements is just a 25 min ride. This peaceful place is the best kept secret on the Jersey Shore! Guest access Guest have access to the entire home and property with exception of detached garage and attic. Just steps from the house, guests will also have access to Ocean Gate beach and boardwalk. 6 Beach badges, 2 splash park badges and parking pass will be available at house during summer season. Children under 12 do not need a beach badge. However, splash park badges are needed for children 3 and up. Badge season starts in mid-June thru mid Sept. Please note that guests will be charged $35 each for any lost badge. The Borough of Ocean Gates's beaches and boardwalk are open year-round. During the summer, you can swim, sun on the clean, safe, sandy white beaches, and stroll on the beautiful boardwalk. The boardwalk offers an incredible view of the Toms River that starts at the Ocean Gate Yacht Club and runs to the eastern end of our charmingly inviting town. Lifeguards are posted at the Wildwood and Anglesea Ave Beaches during the season. Beach hours: 10:00am-5:00pm and Splash Pad hours are 10:00 am-4:30 pm in season. Other things to note Although dogs are allowed in the home and fenced yard, they must be on a leash off property and are not allowed on Ocean Gate’s beach or boardwalk, sadly, year-round now. You can walk them around the point where you can see the water from the road, so it’s a nice walk.
