Backs up to 10th/11th hole of the Ocean Course at New Seabury. Great for a large family or two families to share. Master bedroom has built in desk space to allow to work from home, as needed. Walk to Popponessett marketplace and all the beautiful outdoor space New Seabury has to offer. Short drive to South Cape beach. Other things to note Desirable, in-season, Sunday arrival/departure. Enjoy the full weekend! Dogs allowed, with approval and additional fee. Pool is typically opened for the season mid-May (goal is for pool to be able to be used by Memorial Day weekend but sometimes is ready sooner) and closed for the season mid/late-September (subject to provider schedules). If reserving during these shoulder seasons and pool is important, please make sure to ask. Home does not have a crib. Crib shown in picture has been removed.
