Cozy home 3 acres, close to town

After work, settle down to a comfortable home on the outskirts of town. Enjoy the serenity of living in the country but be within walking distance to restaurants, convenience store, gambling casino and the hospital if that is where you are working. If you are working out of town, the entry to the freeway is nearby. Anaconda and Butte are close. Helena and Missoula are about an hour away. Deer Lodge is about half way between Glacier and Yellowstone National Parks. Fun stores in town. The space We sometimes use the field out front to set up a course to drive horses from spring to fall. Our annual show is in July for a weekend and the course may stay set up for once a month driving field derbies. We are renting the house not the field. Guest access The entire home and garage is available to you. We do use part of the garage for storage and we use the field out front sometimes during the spring/summer/fall for training people how to drive horses through a cones course and across the bridge. Other things to note We also teach people how to drive horses to a cart/carriage and offer horse boarding close by.
