Perch in your own yard and enjoy the quality solitude of our wooded neighborhood. The space This rockin' RV is in a grassy clearing between our country road and the woods, with your vehicle parking next to your RV. Often you will be able to watch the local wildlife: turkeys, deer, and more, right from your windows. Feel free to walk around the woods or visit with the other nearby renters. This RV is a vintage blast from the past home complete with loud floral couch and rust-colored shag carpeting. It even had an 8-track stereo - but we replaced that with a modern bluetooth stereo so you can play your own tunes. This hip little RV home has most amenities at your fingertips - like a nice hotel room, but more compact. The couch can be converted to a full-size bed if needed and the kitchen is loaded and capable! The living room table expands to allow you ample room for both working and dining. The bathroom sports a toilet, sink, shower, and even a modest tub. The camper gets good cell reception from AT&T and Verizon services and sports decent Starlink Wi-Fi. Enjoy the smart TV in the living room capable of streaming (feel free to program in your credentials for streaming services) or connecting to your device with the provided HDMI cable (with lightning and USB-C adapters). The stereo is bluetooth ready! Guest access Meander around the premises, stroll along the country road down to the nearby restaurant, about 1/2 mile away. Other things to note Early check-in may be available upon request. Please inquire about multi-night stays even if it appears the date are unavailable. Be mindful that if you leave any food or garbage outside, you will most likely be visited by our local bear residents. They can even open unlocked car doors! For short term stays, please leave your garbage bag in the RV and I will remove it after your stay, and for long term stays, we will make arrangements. Feel free to use twigs and branches from the woods to build a campfire (as long as fire season permits), but do not damage or take branches from standing trees. This is camper is ideally suited for work-from-homers, students, or traveling medical professionals. St. Patrick's hospital is a very easy highway commute, about 15 minutes away, and the University is just past that. The RV itself does not have laundry services, but we can discuss arrangements for you to use our shared laundry space in a building close to our home about 500 yards away (and reachable by car).
