Escape to our beautifully remodeled large 3-bedroom, 3-bath house nestled in the heart of Decorah, offering stunning river views across the street and convenient proximity to everything you desire. Whether you’re visiting Luther College, exploring downtown Decorah, or simply seeking a serene retreat, our cozy abode is your ideal home away from home. The space There are 3 units in this property and this unit is far larger than the other 2 small units. This main house unit with approximately 3,000 square feet features a spacious layout with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms (including 2 master baths) provides ample space for families or groups. The 2nd floor has one queen sized bed, one bath and the 3rd floor has a queen sized bedroom and king sized bedroom each with a master bath. We also offer a full-size pull-out couch. Equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay, including a full kitchen, dishwasher, laundry, free Wi-Fi, dining table that seats 6-8, a breakfast bar with seating, cozy living areas and a large deck with Upper Iowa River views. Guest access Guests will access the main housing unit through the front door. There is an access code required for entry. The access code will be provided prior to your arrival. Please put your dishes in the dishwasher after use and run the dishwasher prior to checking out. 2. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. If you need to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of your cigarette butts responsibly. 3. No Pets: We love animals, but unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets in our home. 4. Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am. Excessive noise is not permitted at any time. 5. No Parties or Events: Our home is located in a residential area, and we ask that you refrain from hosting parties or events during your stay. 6. Guest Limit: The maximum number of guests allowed in the house is 8. Please do not exceed this limit without prior approval. 7. Damages and Breakages: Accidents happen, but please let us know if anything is damaged or broken during your stay so that we can address it promptly. 8. Parking: If you have a vehicle, please park in the designated parking area and avoid blocking driveways or neighboring properties. 9. Wifi. This will ensure that we have time to properly clean the house in preparation for the other guests checking in. Before you leave, please ensure that all used dishes are placed in the dishwasher then start the dishwasher, garbage is disposed of properly in the outside garbage container, place all used bedding and towels in the laundry basket located in the 2nd floor bedroom closet and the house is left in the same condition as you found it.
