The other unit is a 1B1Fullba, FullKit. w/a locked door in the middle. 4 of 5 rooms have a/c units. 1 room has a ceiling fan. Currently In the works is a mini golf putting area. the entire front of the house is your private patio. Across the street is your mountain where the sun greets you every morning. The space ID IS REQUIRED TO BOOK- FIRM EXCESS SAND - CLEANING FEE OF $100 please be aware that if you booking this on a holiday, a holiday cost will be added. if you are booking to stay because you are having an event at the pavilion, a event cost and fee will be added of a minimum cost of $400 up to a maximum cost of $10,000. Cost added may be higher, depending on circumstances you make. Now, Waianae is the last “country” standing. Nothing commercial here, Not yet anyway. A historical gathering place. When king Kalakaua reigned, it was the time of top hats and penguin suits. he loved the luxury of richness. he bought coal from different countries. having no currency, he had no idea of the payback. He knew these countries will be coming for payment. pay in shells? the king placed young boys up these mountains where we are located as scouts to see which country will be coming first. these mountains behind the property are the tallest and it's where the japanese flew undetected and bombed pearl harbor, it's at the point where you can see the north and the south. Lualualei naval road is owned by the navy. A road leading to the Kolekole pass which leads through these mountains over to the north side of the island. It is also an ammunition post No street lights or neighbors for 2 1/2 miles each way. Your own Mountains across the street is beginner to advanced. There are many beautiful places in Hawai’i but this place is so worth staying. We are not in a subdivision, meaning you have an extremely large private, spacious property. Now, This listing is for a 5 bedroom. 4 nice sized bedrooms with a/c units, 2 full bathrooms. The 5th room is a small cozy reading room with a full size futon bed and ceiling fan but no a/c. Want to book the entire duplex house? The entire house is six bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. I will simply unlock the middle connecting door if you’d like to book it, let me know if you’re interested in renting the entire house. My mom and I usually water the plants and grass during the evenings because it's cooler. i do have a strict policy which is singing as loud as you want on this property is allowed, to help with that, There are bluetooth speakers and multiple small mics for karaoke in the living room. Laugh as loud as you want As my guests, i offer you a private tour to kaena point where commercial tours are prohibited from taking tourists there. Now, anyone can go to kaena point by hiking a treacherous trail or drive right up to the point if permitted. i am permitted and can take my guests there if interested. day or night as well as an overnight camp if given 2 weeks advance notice. i have all the camping gear needed for up to 10 guests and only for one night. a rare opportunity at the most amazing place on island where you can wake up early morning to greet the 30,000 albatross adults and fluffy cute babies that thrive in a most interesting sanctuary built. I do charge a very affordable accommodation for just a day or evening tour that includes bento dinner and drinks per person. there is a cost for the overnight camping per person too. if interested, please let me know in advance. malama ohana, kupuna, keiki, aina, kahuna, be pono, give aloha, respect the ocean, the people, come gather and stay awhile. a hui hou Guest access You may utilize the entire front patio. bbq grill is exclusive for your use. Please note: it gets very dark at night. No street lights And no other residential neighborhoods for 1 1/2 miles each way. But you will have the stars and history of this gathering place. I believe this place can give you what you truly want. Hoomakaukau, exhale, slow down, have coffee on inspiration rock, located directly across the street, just a few feet up the mountain. A short groomed trail to follow and your there in less than 5 minutes. Easy short trail. Come stay, get more connected. The entrance to the duplex is located on the historic Lualualei Naval Magazine road. The security guard drive on this road patrolling almost every half hour or so. This is a military road leading to the Kolekole and Schofield barracks, army base. I reside a football field away. You may roam around the property as you wish. Please feel free to open up a lounge chair in the open area anywhere on the property anytime and enjoy the sun, Mountain View’s, and cool trade winds under a coconut tree or check out the stars at night since you will be in one of the best places to see them. Other things to note FIRM EXCESS SAND - CLEANING FEE OF $100. OVER GUEST LIMIT FEE - STARTING AT $30+ ID OF ALL GUESTS REQUIRED TO BOOK. We love the beaches, but we never bring the beach home with us. If you go in the ocean and play in just little waves, RINSE OFF AT THE BEACH SHOWERS. Rinse off all beach things completely due to salt corrosion and sand. If there is a half dust pan amount of sand in the house, I wont hesitate to charge you a fee starting from $75+. This will depend on the amount and if it too much sand in the plumbing or beds as we are the only State that doubles taxes with vacation rental cleaning. Now, you may see my mom or I outside watering plants during the evening when it’s cooler. Also, mom loves to talk story with guests sometimes. She even likes to give guests gifts like banana nut bread, mangoes from the property farm, pareos (swim cover ups) to the ladies, sometimes good coffee and coffee cups to take home. This property is also for sale, $30,000,000.00. 8 1/2 acres. The local paper won’t allow us to place an ad to sell to the highest bidder. Anyhow, come stay while it’s still hot :).
