No third party rentals, the individual making the reservation MUST be in the home the length of rental stay. 25+ only and all members must be dependent children or meet this age requirement. 4 Rooms, 1x Queen bed, 2x Full bed, 1x 2 Twin beds. Half bath upstairs, full bath downstairs with tub only. Shower is outdoors. Sheets and towels for in house use included but feel free to bring your own. (SAVINGS!
