This recently renovated 5 bedroom home is the perfect beach escape. We are located in a quiet, private community just a quick walk to a lovely, sandy beach as well as small playground and tennis/pickleball courts. With a large yard and back deck, you will have all your family needs for a relaxing time in Mattapoisett. The space If you are considering our property, chances are you already know how special Point Connett is, but let us tell you a little bit about the neighborhood. We are a tight knit community association with beautiful sandy beach, pier, boat ramp, tennis/basketball/pickleball courts, swim rafts, playground, and more. Plenty to keep the kids + grandkids busy in a safe, fun enviroment. This 5 bedroom/2 bath home was renovated in 2021 with new floors, paint, bathroom, kitchen, and more. Along with all new furniture, mattresses, and linens as of 2024. One bedroom and one bathroom are located on the first floor of our home making single floor living easy. While 4 bedrooms and an additional bathroom are located upstairs. As an added benefit, during summer months, we offer a lovely outdoor shower. All of our beds are equipped with percale linens and duvets along with waffle print towels. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to feel at home. Oven, microwave, toaster, pots & pans. Plus, help yourself to anything in the cupboards. Our home features central air conditioning for those hot summer days. Washer/dryer are located on the first floor for your convenience. There is one TV in the living room that is connected to YouTubeTV, Disney, Netflix, etc. for your enjoyment. The large yard and back deck are equipped with a grill, picnic table, and string lights for outdoor dining. Parking is available for upto five vehicles. Additionally, we operate on a "if we don't have it, just ask". If you notice something missing, or perhaps there is an item that you believe would enhance the guest experience, just ask and we can probably get it over to you by end of day. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home except for the basement. Some closets will be locked. Other things to note ★We do allow 1 pet per reservation for an additional fee. Please message us if you would like to bring more than 1 pet. Our handmade screen doors are very delicate (and expensive to replace). If your pet likes to jump or scratch please reconsider having them join you.★ ★This is not a home for late night gatherings. Sound travels easily and we ask you to please respect our quiet hours.★
