Our Rustic Dry-Cabin is a 10'x12' enclosed building that is a step above tent camping and offers 3 twin-size beds (39" wide x 75" long) with mattresses. You will need to bring your own warm sleeping bags, linens & pillows. A simple Dry-Cabin means: No electricity, no running water, and no hookups, No showers. There is a porta-potty onsite within walking distance; we would like you to bring a flashlight for late-night walks to it. Not suitable for children/infants. No Pets/animals allowed. The space Our tiny Dry-Cabins: (meaning no hook-ups, no running water, no electricity, and you bring your own warm sleeping bag, linens, and pillow. Port-A-potty is provided) are located 38 miles north of Yellowstone National Park entrance at Roosevelt Arch in Gardiner, Montana, and 18 miles south of I-90 from Livingston, Montana on a local county road that provides unlimited mountain views of the Beartooth Mountain Range and Absaroka Mountain Range and is located within walking distance from the Yellowstone River. (walk-in access only to the river) We have 3 tiny cabins that sit on the West side of our property and are 40 feet apart from each other. We do have neighbors to the north and east of us, but the area is usually pretty quiet. It's not uncommon to see wildlife in the area. Please be mindful and do not ever approach any wildlife and drive safely. Our county road is a nice place to take a walk, jog, or ride your bike, and even bring your fishing pole! You will want to have your camera ready for our colorful sunsets. We have a mini farm with chickens, goats, a pig named, "Butters" (she likes her space, so please respect it), and horses on-site that are free-range in our fields They love attention, and you may take pictures of them. Just be mindful that they are animals and can be unpredictable, so please do not cross any fence to interact with them. Our dogs are working stock dogs. Please do not interact with or pet them. They are not compatible with other dogs/pets or animals, so please do not bring your pets or other animals onsite as this is for our animals' safety. We are located right in the middle of Paradise Valley, Montana (20 minutes south of Interstate 90 and 40 minutes north of Yellowstone National Park. When arriving late in the evening after dark and a full day traveling, we may seem "Way Off the Path," but actually, we are only a few miles off of the main HWY 89. Please Read Before Booking: Location Details Our dry-camping cabin is 18 miles south of downtown Livingston, just off I-90, and 38 miles north of Yellowstone. National Park While our official address is Livingston, we’re near the peaceful community of Pray, where Livingston and Pray join together on Chicory Road. Please take a moment to review our location on the map before booking. We’re not in downtown. We offer a quiet, scenic home base on a county road. Thank you for helping us keep reviews accurate! Guest access Our designated guest parking is graveled and located on the north side of your cabin. We have a beautiful view from both our front and back yards. I grow a lot of wildflowers around the property, which attracts some very calm honeybees and butterflies. Our Dry cabin is located on Chicory Road fishing access, is open. The Yellowstone River is within walking distance located on State Land Access. (walk-in only) Owners live on-site in the Bed and Breakfast. We will respect your privacy at all times. We enjoy interacting with guests, so if you see us out and about, please feel free to join us. Otherwise, we will allow you to enjoy our wonderful space. We will be happy to greet you on your day of arrival to get you acquainted with the premises. However, we are not always here and provide easy self-check-in instructions. Should you need anything, we are only a text message away through the app, however, we may be in Yellowstone National Park, where the service is poor. Please leave a message, and we will get back to you as soon as we get back in cell range. Other things to note When you arrive, please do not turn on Sedona Road. Go past it 1 block, then turn right onto the dirt road, then another right turn immediately into our field. Please do not turn around in our neighbor's driveways or yards. Arriving before dark with help get you right to your cabin, located behind our Bed and Breakfast Important Safety Notice: While we welcome all guests, please note that our property is not suitable or safe for infants and children. This is due to several inherent hazards on the premises, including electric fencing, open livestock water troughs, free-ranging livestock and small farm animals, and occasional movement of tractors and other vehicles. Additionally, the bunk beds are not equipped with child-safety railings, and window blinds may pose a risk to young children. These elements may present serious safety risks to minors. For these reasons, we are unable to accommodate infants or children at this property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a safe environment for all guests. We ask that everyone respect our safety notices in place.
